The cuisines that evolved from the American Deep South and the Coastal Southern states are uniquely different than other American regional cuisines and have the most variation in ingredients, style, technique, and flavor. But just because a lot of these recipes are time honored, doesn’t mean they take that long to prepare. You’ll be amazed at what you can do at home when you have a little insider information, and some tips and tricks, to cook these recipes like a true southerner. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast!
