GENERAL DISCLAIMER:  In consideration of being permitted by Gather Food Studio of 2011 W. Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80904 to participate in its cooking class, I hereby forever and always waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages or personal injury, death, or property damage which I, or in the case of children’s classes, my child, may have or which may hereafter accrue as a result of my/child’s participation in said activity. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Gather Food Studio, it’s owners as well as all members of its cooking school staff whether contracted or employed or volunteer, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with any participation in said activity.

I understand that the above activity may be of a hazardous nature, including but not limited to food preparation, food handling, kitchen equipment, food consumption and that serious accidents and allergic reactions may occur during the above activity; that Gather Food Studio continually uses and creates products that may contain known and unknown allergens including but not limited to dairy, tree nuts, glutens, shell fish and others, and that participants in the above activity may sustain personal injuries as a consequence thereof. I agree to inform Gather Food Studio of any medical food allergies or sensitivities upon booking a class. Knowing the risks involved I have voluntarily applied to participate in said activity, and I hereby agree to assume any and all risks of injury or death and to release and hold harmless Gather Food Studio, it’s owners as well as all members of its cooking school staff whether contracted, employed or volunteer, who might otherwise be liable to me or in the case of children’s classes, my child.

I further understand and agree that this waiver, release, and assumption of risks is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I further agree to indemnify and to hold Gather Food Studio, it’s owners as well as all members of its cooking classes staff whether contracted, employed or volunteer, free and harmless from any loss, liability damage, cost, or expense which they may incur as a result of any injury that I or in the case of children’s classes, my child may sustain while participating in said activity. This waiver shall remain in full force for any future activities at Gather Food Studio.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: By signing below, I fully understand that I and/or my minor child may be photographed or video-taped while attending a class or demonstration at Gather Food Studio or online with Gather Made. I hereby surrender all property rights to said photos or videos and understand that Gather Food Studio or Gather Made may or may not choose to use these photos or videos for media or promotional use now or in the future. I understand that if the photos or videos are used, it will be done so in a tasteful and respectful manner.

SPECIFIC TO ONLINE CLASSES:  Provided recipe kits are to be used for the recipe provided, in the amount of time provided.  Gather Food Studio is not liable for illness or damages due to these items not being used as specified.  

COUPONS, DIScOUNTS & SPECIAL OFFERS: All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes or shipping and processing charges. Consumer must pay applicable sales tax. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be retroactively credited or refunded.
