A beautiful blend of Italian varieties. Together these varieties make an elegant olive oil with fruity notes and pungency throughout the palate.This oil is a grassy, herbaceous blend, with a big fruit finish of peaches and apricots. Great for fish or chicken dishes. Excellent finish for soups or for dipping a baguette.
