How To: Mill Your Own Grains with Niki - $89 per person
Have you ever thought about milling your own flour but just didn’t know where or how to start? Join Niki as we dive into the world of fresh milled grains! In this class we will have an in-depth lecture time covering grain mills, different grains to use, the health benefits of fresh milled grains, where to purchase grains, how to store them and how to incorporate them into some tried and true recipes. After our discussion time, we will jump into the kitchen to mill 4 different grains and bake with each one of them. This class will be taught in our 2x4 format and each group of 2 will make a different recipe.
