Spring Has Sprung with Cortney - $75 per person
It’s our annual celebration of Spring! The days are getting longer, spring produce is starting to sprout and we’re all ready to eat comfort foods with a lighter twist. Join Cortney as she teaches you four great recipes that you can use for your next brunch or as a delicious light dinner. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share our creations!
On the menu:
· Spring Veggie Chicken Pot Pie topped with Croissants
· Honey Whipped Ricotta, Taleggio & Roasted Grape Flatbread with Spring Herbs
· Potato & Bacon Frittata with Swiss Chard and Preserved Lemon Salsa
· Miso Glazed Spring Veggies with Black Rice and Sesame Dressing
