Turkish Vegetarian with Dave - $79 per person
This class is all about making highly flavored vegetarian dishes in a short amount of time that’ll bring excitement back to the dinner table. In this class, we will explore some unique spices and flavors you might not have known ever existed all while taking a tasty culinary tour around the Turkey in just 1 class! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe set and then we all share a family style feast!

Imam Biyildi & Kisir – Roasted Stuffed Eggplants & Turkish Style Tabouli
Zeytinyagli Pazi – Sauteed Swiss Chard with Onions, Peppers, and Rice & Garlic and Mint Whipped Yogurt
Kumpir & Piyaz Salad – Turkish Baked Potatoes with Sumac Red Onion Salad
Sebze Corbasi & Pidesi – Vegetable Soup with Lemon and No Knead Sesame Flatbread
