Lavender Haze with Cortney - $79 per person
Lavender isn’t just for desserts—and in this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to use it with confidence in both sweet and savory dishes. We’ll explore how to choose and prep culinary lavender, how to control intensity so flavors stay balanced (never soapy), and when to infuse, bloom, or finish with it for the best results. You’ll practice pairing lavender with citrus, herbs, honey, chocolate, and fruit, and learn how heat and fat affect its aroma and flavor. By the end of class, you’ll have the skills to use lavender thoughtfully, creatively, and beautifully in everyday cooking—not just as a novelty, but as a true culinary tool. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
