Cannelloni Workshop with Cortney - $99 per person
In this workshop we’ll start by making pasta dough from scratch, then roll it into sheets designed specifically for cannelloni. From there, we’ll also make our ricotta from scratch and then turn it into a delicious filling. Then we’ll divide some of the work while 2 groups make a classic red sauce, while the other two make a béchamel. By the end of class, you’ll assemble your own tray of cannelloni to take home (with both sauces) and bake when it works for you! This class is vegetarian. Cortney will make a recipe ahead of time for tasting in class. This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner to make your recipe/s and share the bounty.
