East Africa with Dave - $89 per person 

The cuisines that have evolved from the countries and Islands that comprise East Africa are extremely flavorful with vast inspirations developing some of the best tasting dishes in all of Africa! The flavors found in East African recipes are far reaching and the combinations of different cooking styles and techniques, most notably from the Middle East and India, make East African cuisines a melting pot of delicious, intriguing dishes! This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast!
