Mezzelune Pasta Workshop with Cortney - $85 per person
It’s an all new pasta workshop! This filled pasta is great for beginners and easy to replicate at home. Learn how to make your own ricotta, then turn it into a delicious filling for our half moon shaped pasta. Cortney will also take you through how to make your own pasta dough (it’s easier than you think!) and how to roll it out using KitchenAid Pasta Rollers. Then fill, cut, boil and we have simple, fresh pasta. We’ll be tossing our pasta in decadent brown butter and then topping it with sauteed garlic mushrooms from local grower, Microvora! Yum! This is a hands on class. This class will be taught in our workshop format where you will work with a partner to make the components of the dishes, but form you very own mezzelune. This class is vegetarian.
