Kids In The Kitchen (Ages 11-14): Taco Time with Cortney - $55 per person 

In this hands-on class, young cooks will go beyond the filling and learn how to make real tortillas from scratch—mixing, rolling, and cooking their own masa before turning it into tacos they actually want to eat. Once the tortillas are made, students will build their own tacos with flavorful fillings and fresh toppings, learning basic knife skills, seasoning, and stovetop cooking along the way.  This class is designed for ages 11–14 and strikes the perfect balance between fun and independence. Expect lots of hands-on cooking, plenty of tasting, and the pride that comes with making tacos completely from scratch.
