Coconut Cream Pie Workshop with Cortney - $89 per person
Coconut lovers, this one’s for you! In this hands-on workshop, we’ll take a classic dessert up a notch, starting with a crispy, buttery cookie crust and building an extra-coconutty, silky filling that’s rich in flavor but light in texture. You’ll learn how to balance creaminess, sweetness, and texture so every slice is perfectly indulgent. Along the way, we’ll cover key techniques for creating a stable yet creamy custard, whipping coconut cream to perfection, and finishing your pie with a golden, toasted topping. By the end of class, you’ll walk away with your own 8-inch coconut cream pie to take home, ready to impress friends, family, or your sweet tooth. This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner to make your recipe/s and share the bounty.
