Tiramisu Workshop with Cortney - $89 per person 

Sweeten your Valentine’s Day with our Tiramisu Workshop! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make ladyfingers from scratch, light, airy, and perfect for soaking up espresso. Then layer them with rich mascarpone cream and a dusting of cocoa for a classic tiramisu. You’ll get to assemble your own 8-inch pan to take home and share (or savor all to yourself!). Perfect for beginners and dessert lovers alike, this class is all about learning real techniques, having fun, and creating a show-stopping treat for Valentine’s Day. This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner to make your recipe/s and share the bounty.
