High Altitude Muffins, Scones & Quickbreads with Cortney - $99 per person 

Did you miss out on the Baker’s Dozen Series?! Good news – this is our companion class, available for single purchase. Plus, you will take each item home for a delicious Easter Pastry Assortment. These seemingly simple bakes can be quite a task at altitude. In this class we’ll talk about why you might choose to use oil or butter in your muffins, how to use eggs to build structure in quickbreads and how mixing can change the texture of your baked goods. Cortney will also make a loaf of our quickbread with the sea level recipe and the high altitude recipe so that you can see the difference. Each group of 2 will make all three recipes and take home what you make (small loaf of each bread and 6 muffins!).
