Plant Powered Brunch with Cortney - $85 per person
It’s National Brunch Month and we’re celebrating with our specialty classes! It’s so hard to enjoy brunch and feel like you’re not missing out – eggs, bacon, whipped cream and so many other animal based products. In this class we’ll learn some brunch classics, but make them plant based! Vegan bacon, cream cheese, chicken and whipped cream are just the beginning of things that you’ll learn in the delicious class. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

· Potato & “Bacon” Frittata with Spring Salad
· Cinnamon Roll Waffles with Vegan Cream Cheese Drizzle
· Chick’n & Waffles with Serrano Syrup
· Sheet Pan Pancakes with Mixed Berry Compote and Coconut Whipped Cream
