Intermediate Sourdough with Niki - $200 per person
Are you ready to take your sourdough skills to the next level? Or is your starter hiding in the back corner of the fridge waiting to be used in new ways? Then this is the class for you! Join Niki as we go to the next level of sourdough mastery and learn new sourdough skills. Please note that this is not a beginner sourdough class. If you have already taken one of Niki’s intro to sourdough classes or have maintained your own starter and know the basics of sourdough care, join us for this all-day class! We will go in depth into dough development, bulk fermentation versus cold fermentation, hydration levels and more!
This is a hands-on class taught in our 2x4 format where each group of 2 will make a different recipe to share with the class. There will be some down time and demonstration from Niki while waiting for our doughs to rise so you will not be standing on your feet the entire class. This class can be vegetarian.
