Tofu Techniques: Protein Packed Pastas with Cortney - $89 per person
This hands-on class is all about rethinking tofu—and pasta—through bold flavors and creative techniques. You’ll learn how tofu can become the pasta itself or transform into a rich, satisfying sauce or topping, opening the door to completely new ways of cooking meals at home. We’ll explore global flavor profiles as you practice shaping and cooking tofu-based noodles, building texture with charring, crumbling, and roasting, and layering spices, aromatics, and sauces that make each dish feel distinct. Along the way, you’ll learn how to create protein-packed, plant-based meals that are hearty, balanced, and deeply flavorful—proof that vegetarian cooking can be just as satisfying as its meat-based counterparts. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe and then we all share a family style feast! This class is vegetarian and plant based.
