Black Garlic with Dave - $85 per person
Have you ever wondered what Black Garlic is or how to cook with it? Join Dave as he breaks out the Black Garlic Machine (yes, that’s a real thing) and talks about the process of making black garlic. Also discussed will be the Maillard process, how it is responsible for making Black Garlic, and why black garlic is mistakenly referred to as “fermented”. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
