Date Night: Spring Has Sprung with Cortney - $175 per couple 

This date night class is all about cooking food that feels special without feeling fussy. You’ll start with a fresh, vibrant salad built around sweet roasted tomatoes, crisp bread, and a bright, tangy dressing—simple techniques that turn humble ingredients into something crave-worthy. From there, you’ll move into a classic shrimp pasta dish, learning how to perfectly cook shrimp, build a garlicky white-wine sauce, and finish it with nutty brown butter and tender asparagus for a dish that feels restaurant-level but totally doable at home. To end the night on a sweet note, you’ll make a light, silky white chocolate and lemon mousse, paired with berries gently soaked until juicy and fragrant. Along the way, you’ll focus on timing, flavor balance, and plating—skills that make any weeknight dinner feel like a celebration. This class will be taught in our Date Night format and every couple will make all three recipes! Prices are per couple and include two spots in the class. Special Note: We will not be making pasta from scratch in this class.
