Springs Scones with Cortney - $79 per person
Celebrate the flavors of spring in this hands-on scone class! You’ll learn how to create tender, flaky scones from scratch while mastering key baking techniques like cutting in butter, handling dough gently, and shaping for perfect rise and texture. Along the way, we’ll explore how to balance flavors—sweet, savory, and floral—so your scones taste as fresh as the season. You’ll leave with the confidence to mix, match, and customize scones at home, plus tips for glazing, finishing, and presenting them beautifully. This class is perfect for anyone ready to elevate their baking and welcome spring with every bite. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
