Plant Powered: Tofu, Take Two with Cortney - $85 per person
It’s time for another tofu class! And no, you don’t need to have taken our first tofu class before taking this one 😊 Do you love tofu, but you always reach for firm or extra firm because you don’t know what to do with the other textures?! In this class Cortney will teach you how to use four OTHER textures of tofu in inspiring recipes that you can replicate at home. We’ll transform our tofu’s into protein-packed, plant-based recipes that you’ll love. This is a hands-on class.
On the menu:
· Tofu Skin: Donkkaseu with Gojujang Aioli and Kimchi Fried Rice (Think Korean Schnitzel!)
· Silken Tofu: Scissor Cut Tofu Noodles with Roasted Mushrooms & Vegan Pesto
· Soft Tofu: Mapo Tofu (Spicy Sichuan Tofu in Sauce)
· Medium Tofu: Crunchy Tofu Nuggets with Vegan Mac & Cheese
