It’s green chili time!! And we all already have our favorite Pork Green Chili recipe, so in this class we’ll be focusing on four different recipes that will expand your use of chilies. We will specifically use Pueblo Green Chilies in this class and some of them will be spicy – so get ready! Learn how to use this Colorado summer staple all year around. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
