Cooking with Saffron: Moroccan Tagines with Dave - $79 per person
This class is a Double Whammy! Not only are you going to learn about Saffron and why it is the world’s most expensive spice, but we’re also pairing it up with this month’s Tagine class to give you 4 new irresistible recipes with saffron you’ll be making all the time! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

Swordfish Tagine with Tomatoes, Carrots, Ginger, and Saffron
Harissa Chicken and Artichoke Tagine with Preserved Lemons, Olives, and Saffron Water
Lamb Kefta Tagine with Mrouzia Spice Blend, Roasted Green Pepper, Dates, and Saffron
Vegetable, Potato, Chickpea Tagine with Pistachio and Mint Chermoula, Saffron
