Plant Powered: Easy Weeknight Meals with Cortney - $75 per person
Stuck in a plant powered rut? We have the solution! In this class Cortney will teach you four easy weeknight vegan recipes. With four very different flavor profiles you can add these into your weekly rotation and have a well balanced dinner plan. From vegan melty cheese to balancing sweet and savory, this class covers a variety of techniques to add flavor, texture and satisfaction to your weekly dinners. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. This class is vegetarian, plant based and vegan.

· Sweet Potato, Chickpea & Preserved Lemon Tagine
· Pesto Gnocchi with Pan Roasted Broccoli
· Southwestern Spaghetti Squash Bowl with Grated Tofu
· Grilled Cheeses and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
