How To: Cook Rices with Cortney - $79 per person 

Master the art of cooking rice in this hands-on class that explores a variety of grains, from fluffy basmati to creamy arborio and nutty brown rice. You’ll learn how water ratios, cooking methods, and resting times make all the difference between sticky, tender, and perfectly separate grains. Think rice is tricky or time-consuming? You’ll discover how easy it can be once you understand the fundamentals. We’ll finish by turning your perfectly cooked rice into simple, flavorful dishes that highlight each variety’s unique texture and taste. By the end, you’ll never fear cooking rice again — just enjoy the results. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast! This class is vegetarian and gluten-free.
