Learn how to turn everyday kitchen scraps into rich, flavorful homemade stocks and comforting soups. Think making stock from scratch is time-consuming or difficult? It’s not! In this hands-on class, we’ll show you how to build depth of flavor using vegetable trimmings, bones, and herbs you already have on hand. You’ll discover simple techniques for simmering, straining, and storing stocks to use in any recipe. Then we’ll transform those bases into delicious soups that are anything but ordinary—a practical, waste-saving, and delicious way to cook smarter every day. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast!
