Korean BBQ is different that American style BBQ because the meat is cut into thinner pieces allowing for the meat to cook quickly and for the marinades to caramelize to the perfect point without getting too charred or burnt. In this class, we will be making four Korean BBQ dishes, which will feature different protein/marinade combinations as well as an accompanying sauce and banchan (kimchi) and then we’ll feast! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle set of recipes.

Radish Banchan, Garlic Chile Cucumber Banchan
Cho Ganjang (Soy and Vinegar Sauce), Gochujang Sauce
Traditional Bulgogi
LA Galbi – Flanken Short Ribs
Maekjeok – Doenjang Marinated Pork Belly
Dak Bulgogi – Spicy Chicken BBQ
