Gather Vietnamese Curry Powder features additional spices like star anise and lemongrass for the fresh flavors of Southeast Asia. This blend is naturally sweeter (no added sugar!) than traditional curry powders, making it perfect for Curries, Pho, Larb or other Southeast Asian favorites. Less spicy and more "spiced" this blend is sure add depth of flavor to favorite SE Asian dishes.
