Crazy For Cranberries with Cortney - $79 per person 

In August, Cortney visited the Lake Nokomis Cranberry Farm in Eagle River, WI.  And she’s so excited about cranberries that we’ve added this all new class to the schedule! First we’ll talk about how cranberries grow, how they are harvested and then we’ll cook 2 sweet and 2 savory recipes with them! This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
