Moroccan Tagine and Cuisine with Dave - $79 per person 

We are expanding on one of our most popular classes, Moroccan Tagine, to include more of the amazing flavors and recipes that put Morocco on the culinary map. In this class you’ll learn how to pair ingredients and spices in a way you never thought possible! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.  

On the Menu: 

Couscous Tfaya – Couscous with Chicken, Onions, Raisins, Honey, Saffron 

Tagine Al Hout – Fish and Shrimp Tagine with Vegetables and Chermoula 

Harira – Lamb, Chickpea, Lentil, and Vermicelli Soup 

Harissa Chicken with Dates, Preserved Lemon, and Rice
