Tapas Tuesday with Dave - $79 per person
These Spanish little plates pack lots of flavor and are a delightful way to spark the appetite and conversation. There are no ru85les for their shape and content, they vary by region, and are designed to either be eaten alone or shared with friends. Whether you serve them as appetizers or make a whole meal with them, these small bites are irresistible! This is a hands on class taught in our 2x4 format -– we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one set of recipes.

Ensaladilla (Cold Potato and Tuna Salad)
Montadito Trio – Pan con Tomate, Black Olive Tapenade and Anchovy, Quince and Manchego
Albondigas en Salsa (Meatballs in Saffron Tomato Sauce)
Chorizo a la Sidra (Chorizo cooked in Cider)
Espinacas con Garbanzos (Spinach and Chickpeas cooked in a Tomato and Bread Puree)
Fried Goat Cheese Croquetas
Gambas al Ajillo (Shrimp sizzled in a Garlic and Chili Spiked Olive Oil)
Tortilla Espanola (Egg and Potato Omelette) with Pimenton Allioli
