Taco Tuesday with Dave - $75 per person

Tacos!! What better pick me up than Taco Tuesday?! Do you have the winter food blues? These amazing, colorful tacos are as beautiful to look at as they are to eat. Give everyone a little brightness in their day with these scratch made taco recipes. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

• Al Pastor (an at home method you can shave!), Charred Tomato Salsa
• Tacos de Canasta (Basket Tacos)
• Chile Lime Shrimp with Shaved Cabbage, Crema, Pickled Avocado
• Chayote and Mushroom Tacos with Jicama and Chipotle Borracha Salsa
