Moroccan Tagine with Dave - $75 per person
Tagines are one of Dave’s favorite cooking vessels and after this class it’ll be one of your favorites too! Join to learn all about this cooking vessel native to North African and how it makes some of the most flavorful food on the planet. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into 4 groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
