Cuban Restaurant Favorites with Dave - $79 per person

The Caribbean is home to some of the most wonderful flavors on the planet, and Cuban cuisine certainly makes the best of them!. With a mix of native island specialties, Latin, European and African influences, Cuba has become a melting pot of wonderful flavors, cooking techniques, and spices. In this class, we are going to talk about some of these staple recipes and their history and then go and cook them. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
