“Make and Take” Lemon Cardamom Rolls with Niki - $85 per person

This class is a fresh twist on the classic cinnamon roll and perfect for summer! Join Niki as she takes you through the steps of making the lemon and cardamom enriched dough, learning all the tips for high altitude baking. While we are waiting for the dough to rise, everyone will enjoy a fresh-made roll that Niki will bring in for the class to sample. Each student will make a half dozen rolls to take home and bake-off the next morning. This class is taught in our Workshop format. This class is hands on. This class is vegetarian.
