Regional Clam Chowders with Dave - $80 per person

An American staple!  In this soup feast of a class, we will learn how to 4 kinds of clam chowders, the differences between them and how they were influenced.  This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast!
