Deep Dish Pizza with Niki - $85 per person

Join Niki as she makes one of her favorite styles of pizza, Deep Dish! This class will be done in our Workshop format where everyone will make a deep dish pizza dough, a thick and slightly chunky cooked pizza sauce and a flavorful Italian sausage. Two groups will make a meat lover style pizza and two groups will make meat with veggies. We will layer the ingredients in the traditional Deep Dish style, cheese on the bottom, fillings in the middle and sauce on the top! These pizzas will be baked off in large cast iron skillets for that perfect thick crust experience!
