Brunch Week: Gluten Free Brunch with Cortney - $75 per person
It’s National Brunch Month and we’re celebrating with our specialty classes! It’s so hard to enjoy a gluten free brunch and feel like you’re not missing out. In this class we’ll learn some brunch classics, but make them gluten free! Waffles, biscuits, pie crust and banana bread are just the beginning of things that you’ll learn in the delicious class. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

· Quinoa Coated Chicken & Waffles with Serrano Syrup
· Southwestern Biscuits & Gravy
· Mushroom & Gouda Mini Quiche with GF Pie Crust
· Banana Bread French Toast with Caramel Sauce
