Stuffed! National Sausage Month with Dave - $79 per person
Did you know that the word Sausage comes from the Latin word “Salsus” which means “salted”, and was originally a way to preserve meat? Nowadays, it is generally a ground meat mixed with herbs and spices and stuffed into a casing. In this class we are going to work with 4 different types of Sausage and see how the flavors and textures have evolved to shape some traditional dishes from Europe and beyond! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
