Make and Take Bread Puddings - $79 per person
From its humble beginnings, bread pudding was nothing more than stale bread soaked in cream or custard and then baked. Nowadays, bread pudding is in a class of its own with hundreds of variations and accompanying sauces. In this class, we’re going to make 2 bread puddings with complimentary sauces, place them in loaf pans, and each person is going to leave with two bread puddings (and sauces) to bake at home! This is a hands on class taught in our Workshop format -– we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe – but don’t worry, you’ll take home BOTH flavors!
