Taste of the Caribbean - $75 per person

The Caribbean is home to some of the most wonderful flavors on the planet. Due to its history of invasion, the Caribbean has become a melting pot of wonderful flavors, cooking techniques, and spices. In this class, we are going to talk about some of these staple recipes and their history and then go and cook them. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

• Pollo Guisado – Dominican Braised Chicken with Olives
