Plant Powered: Egg-cellent Replacements with Cortney - $75 per person
Whether you don’t eat eggs due to your diet or you just can’t afford to anymore (yikes!), this class is a new fun way to explore new ways to replace eggs. Whether it’s lentils for delicious scrambled style eggs, tahini to replace eggs in batter, flax eggs to build structure in baked goods or bean juice to make meringue – Cortney has a replacement for you! Learn how and when to use each replacement and reduce your egg consumption and save on your budget. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast! This class is vegetarian.
