National Salad Day with Cortney - $75 per person
Summer is coming AND it’s National Salad Day! How could we resist adding an all-new salad class to the schedule. This class will introduce you to new techniques, ingredients and flavor profiles to get you out of your salad rut. Learn how to layer texture, flavor and color so that you WANT to keep going back (and back) for another bite. This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

· Korean Chicken & Green Bean Salad with Fresh Cucumber Kimchi
· Salmon Farro Salad with Herbed Yogurt Sauce
· Roasted Vegetable and Dandelion Green Salad with Tarragon Cumin Vinaigrette
· Sesame Crusted Tuna Crunch Salad with Ginger Vinaigrette
