Fry Me a River: Italian Restaurant Chicken and Eggplant Parmesans with Dave - $79 per person

I get asked all the time how to make an Italian Parmesan that tastes just like a restaurant – in this class you’ll learn exactly how! We’ll start by talking about the correct processes and techniques when it comes to breading and frying, and then each station group of 4 will make Chicken Parmesan and Eggplant Parmesan both with a different sauce. And since it’s Italian Restaurant Favorites, there will also be “Limited” Salad & Breadsticks.  This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

·       Techniques: Proper Breading Technique, How to Fry to Perfection

·       Talk about & Taste: different Provolone and/or Mozzarella options

·       Pomodoro Sauce/Vodka Sauce
