Going Coco-Nuts! with Dave - $80 per person
Coconut milk is such a luscious ingredient. In this class we are going to talk about the differences between the coconut water, coconut milk in the carton and in the can, and coconut cream. Then we are going to explore its versatility while making it the star of the show. You are going to love the way this ingredient works out in sweet and savory dishes! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.
On the menu:
· Coconut Water – Vietnamese Caramelized Pork Belly
· Coconut Milk (Carton) – Brioche Bread Pudding with Coconut Bourbon Sauce
· Coconut Milk (Can) - – Avocado, Mexican Chocolate, and Vanilla Pudding with Chile
· Coconut Cream – Tomato Bisque with Coconut and Harissa
