Veggie-Table: We Got The Beet with Cortney - $75 per person
It’s 2025 and it’s time to launch new monthly themes! This year Cortney will be focusing on our Veggie-Table classes each month, where we highlight in season veggies with new and exciting recipes! This class is great for the adventurous veggie lover or for someone who is looking to expand into a more veggie based diet. Join us to learn more about unique ways to use common vegetables and even how to use not so common veggies in everyday recipes. This is a hands-on class taught in our 2 x 4 format where each group of 2 makes a different recipe and then we all share a family style feast! This class is vegetarian.

· Braised Beet Greens & Farro Salad with Sweet Ginger Pickled Beets
· Golden Borscht with Puffed Quinoa and Microgreens
· Persian Beet & Sesame Dip with Homemade Barbari (Persian Flatbread)
· Beetroot Kalakand (Indian Beetroot Fudge)
