Life of the Mardi with Cortney - $75 per person

It’s Mardi Gras!  And you know we’re celebrating!! In this class we’ll whip up some classic Cajun & Creole favorites that are hard to find here in Colorado.  These recipes are easy enough to make on a weeknight, but also fun to make for a Mardi Party!! This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe.

On the menu:

·       Red Beans & Rice

·       Muffaletta Sandwiches (I know…you can’t find the bread here.  So we’re going to MAKE IT!!)

·       Chicken & Andouille Sausage Jambalaya

·       Beignets
