Valentine’s Chocolate Workshop with Cortney - $125 per person
Valentine’s Day is coming – why not learn how to make your own chocolates to treat yourself! In our chocolate workshop you’ll first learn how to make ganache for our Nutella truffles, then also learn how to scoop and roll the perfect truffle. Then we move into learning how to temper chocolate, what kinds of chocolate you can temper and how to treat white, milk and dark chocolates differently. And just in case that wasn’t enough, we’ll make our own marshmallow crème and caramel filling for our bonbons. Bonbon trays will get coated, filled and finished and voila – perfect formed and filled chocolates. Each person will leave with 2 reusable bonbon molds, 15 Nutella Truffles, 15 Marshmallow Crème Bonbons and 15 Caramel Bonbons.
