King Cake Workshop with Cortney - $99 per person 

Mardi Gras is coming—are you ready to let the good times roll? In this festive, hands-on workshop, Cortney will guide you through making a rich, buttery, and beautifully soft enriched dough—the heart of every great King Cake! Once your dough has proofed, you’ll fill, shape, and decorate your own cake, learning how to mix flavorful fillings, whip up frostings, and master those signature Mardi Gras colors. You’ll work in pairs to make the recipes, but everyone leaves with their very own King Cake to take home—and yes, Cortney will have a fresh one baked up for tasting during class! This class is vegetarian.
