King Cake Workshop with Cortney - $100 per person

Mardi Gras is coming – are you ready?! In this workshop style class Cortney will go over how to make a delicious, enriched dough.  After proofing, we’ll work on filling and forming our “cakes”, making filling and frostings and learning decorating techniques.  This is a workshop style class. You will work in a group of 2 to make the recipes but split them to make your own king cake to take home.  Cortney will prebake a cake for tasting!
